New HSN Service Survey – For Better Service

28th May 2025

At the Healthcare Institution of North Iceland (HSN), we place great emphasis on improving and developing the services we provide. To achieve this goal, we will soon conduct a service survey aimed at understanding the experiences of those who seek healthcare from us and identifying areas that need improvement.

How will the survey be conducted?
Those who have an appointment with HSN will, as before, receive a reminder on their phone. After the visit, they will receive a new message with a link to the service survey. This gives people the opportunity to share their opinions about the service they received.

It will also be possible to participate in the survey by scanning a QR code available on our website, www.hsn.is.

What does the survey ask about?
The survey includes questions about how people felt about the service, the attitude of the staff, and how useful and reliable the information provided was. The responses are anonymous and cannot be traced back to individuals.

Why is the survey important?
The results will help us analyze the service at each location as well as across HSN as a whole. The survey will run for some time, allowing us to monitor developments and respond if feedback indicates a need for improvements.

We encourage everyone who receives the survey to participate. Your opinion matters greatly, and all responses will help us strengthen our services – so we can always provide the best possible healthcare.
