Hildur mynd

Hildur has a lot of experience with human resources, but she comes to us from the Administration of Occupational Safety and Health, where she has been the head of the Division of People, Information and Development. Previously, she has worked as the director of human resources and finance at the Directorate of Fisheries, the director of education, sports and youth affairs at the municipality of Dalvík and as a staff manager in the financial sector of the City of Reykjavík. The main focus of her work is change management to promote further success, job satisfaction, well-being and staff growth.

Hildur has completed a B.sc. in Business Administration, Teaching Rights and a Master's in Management and Strategy, as well as completing a number of short and longer courses related to human resources and management, such as mediation. Hildur resides in Akureyri with her husband and two daughters, plays volleyball in her spare time and enjoys time with friends and family.

We are therefore pleased to welcome Hildur Ösp to our great group of staff. She will be joining HSN on June 1st and will have operational facilities in Akureyri.

Bryndís Lilja, the departing human resources manager, will be with us in 50% position in May. At the same time, she has been employed by the municipality Skagafjörður. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Bryndís Lilja greatly for her good work in recent years and wish her all the best in a new field.
