Women and non-binary people make up a significant majority of the valuable human resources at the Healthcare Institution of North Iceland (HSN). Minimal operations are expected on this day due to the announced strike. Essential services will be maintained, and the health and safety of clients will not be compromised. Non-urgent tasks will not be carried out on this day.
Employees who participate in solidarity gatherings will not face any deductions in pay.
