HSN specialists honored at the General Practitioners' Conference

The Icelandic GP Association holds a General Practitioners' Conference in October every two years, where doctors meet to learn about the latest trends and policies and strengthen their bonds.

Six experts who work for HSN were honored at the conference held this weekend, all of whom have completed speciality training in familiy medicine since the last conference was held. We welcome Ádam Ferenc, Áslaug Baldvinsdóttir, Hafdís Alma Einarsdóttir, Hera Birgisdóttir, Hugrún Hauksdóttir and Hrafnhildur Gréta Björnsdóttir, who work for HSN in Sauðarkrókur, Húsavík, the Healthcare Centre in Akureyri and in psychosocial services. We congratulate these powerful people for this important milestone - the future is truly bright!
Pétur Pétursson, a former GP, was also made an honorary member of the Icelandic GP Association during the congress, but he worked for many years at the Akureyri Healthcare Center. We congratulate Pétur on his well-deserved honorary recognition.
