The Healthcare Institution of East Iceland received the Equality Scale for the third year in a row, awarded to companies, municipalities and public bodies that have achieved gender equality in the boards of directors, with three women and two men on the board. The Equality Scale is a dynamic project of the Icelandic Women’s Association in the Industry (FKA), in collaboration with stakeholders.
