Government services survey

Results from the annual service survey conducted among all government institutions show that the East Iceland Healthcare Authority increases its grade in all aspects measured from year to year, whereas in comparison with other healthcare institutions the HSA is among the highest.
Among the factors measured are satisfaction with service, attitude of employees and speed of service. The vast majority of respondents, or 87%, are satisfied with the service of HSA but 51% think it is good and 36% rather good. The open answers revealed that the service that HSA employees provide is personal, professional, solution oriented and has a good interface to it.
The East Iceland Healthcare Authority will continue to do its best to provide good service based on the values of the institution which are respect, safety and professionalism.
