Responsibility
The Director is responsible for the service policy of the Institute.
The Director of the Service Division is responsible for implementing the service policy in the institution's operations and provides all staff with advice and guidance on implementing the service policy when asked for and on their own initiative.
The Directors of the field are responsible for the implementation and implementation of the service policy in their field. Directors/Departments are responsible for the implementation and implementation of the service policy in their units.
