Transfer of tasks to the National Administration of Occupational Safety and Health

From 1 January 2025, the National Labour Inspectorate will assume the role that the Directorate of Labour has had on the basis of the Law on Foreign Service Employees and duties, the Law on Temporary Workers and the Law on Workplace Certificates and Workplace Surveillance.

After the end of the year, the question regarding temporary agency work, deploying employees of foreign service providers and related supervision at work should therefore be addressed.
