Merkt.is is looking for a positive, detail-oriented, and technically minded employee for a 50% position in production, printing, and general back-office operations.
We are seeking an individual who can handle daily hands-on production tasks, prepare design files, and produce branded products, clothing, and promotional items.

Key Responsibilities
The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Preparing design files in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Affinity
• Setting up materials for printing, cutting, and production
• Printing on clothing, products, and various branded items
• Heat pressing clothing and other products
• Working with DTF, sublimation, UV DTF, vinyl, and laser equipment
• General production support and back-end tasks
• Finishing orders and performing quality control
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Other related production tasks as needed

Requirements
The ideal candidate is:

• Detail-oriented and precise
• Able to work independently
• Solution-oriented with a positive attitude
• Technically inclined and quick to learn
• Has a good eye for layout, placement, and finishing
• Comfortable with computers and willing to work with design software
• Punctual and reliable

Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity, garment printing, or similar production work is a strong advantage.
However, the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
