Public access to transcripts of judgments and court records, copies of submitted documents, and information regarding individual cases at the Court of Appeal and the District Courts is governed by Act No. 88/2008, Act No. 91/1991, and the Judicial Administration Rules No. 6/2024.

A fee is payable for the provision of documents in accordance with the Treasury Supplementary Revenue Act No. 88/1991. The relevant District Court will provide billing information and notify the applicant of the fee amount.

A payment receipt must be sent to the e-mail address of the relevant court in question.
