Equal pay policy

The Court of Appeal places a strong emphasis on equality and transparency in all its operations. As part of this commitment, the Court implemented an equal pay system that meets the requirements of the ÍST 85:2012 Equal Pay Standard, subsequently receiving formal equal pay certification.

The certification serves as confirmation that the Court of Appeal maintains practices and systems which ensure that employees receive equal pay for the same work or work of equal value, regardless of gender.
