269,000 ISK when the amount of appeal is 90,000,000 ISK - 150,000,000 ISK
ISK 404,000 when the amount of appeal is ISK 150,000,000 or more.

Fees are not paid in the following cases:
Cases for collecting wages.
Child paternity.
Cases of dispute over the paternity of a child.
Legal deprivation cases.
Electoral matters.
Private criminal cases.
Taxation cases insofar as a fee would be imposed on the taxpayer.
Pre-crash issues.
