Overdue payments stop us issuing the certificate
A payment is overdue as soon as its due date has passed.
You cannot get the certificate if you have an overdue payment, even if the final payment deadline (eindagi) has not passed yet.
Authorised signatories can get a certificate for a company
To get a certificate for a company or other legal entity, you must be a registered authorised signatory (prókúruhafi).
