Teddy Bear hospital in Akureyri 2024

The Teddy Bear Hospital will be open for injured or sick teddy bears on Saturday October 12th. Teddy bears and their owners are welcome at the HSN Akureyri Health Care Center Sunnuhlíð, where medical students receive them.

HSN's 10 year anniversary

The Healthcare Institution of North Iceland, HSN, celebrates its 10th anniversary today. HSN came into existence through the merger of six health care institutions on October 1st 2014.
