During the port state inspection of Vopnafjörður on 22 November on the cargo ship Eystnes, several comments were made on the condition of the ship and its equipment, and some seriousness.

The forthcoming implementation of a new regulation on the operation of drones will require drone operators to register with the Civil Aviation Authority.
