For this reason, the Capital Region Police would like to encourage drivers to replace their nail-covers. In light of the recent season and weather forecasts for the coming days, it is unnecessary to wear nail-covers now, but from Monday, May 5, drivers of vehicles equipped with nail-covers can expect a fine.

The following photo was taken in the middle of the day at one of the city’s tire shops the day before, but there was little to no waiting time when the row was lined up to replace the nail tires.
