TR AI Assistance
TR's newest "employee" is an AI assistant that is on duty 24/7 and can be accessed at tr.is. You can ask general questions, for example about rights, allowances and amounts, but not about personal matters.
The AI assistant searches for answers on the TR website and bases its answers on the information available there. It can be very useful, for example, to make it easier to search for information. If it fails to provide an answer that the enquirer is satisfied with, there are instructions on how to send an enquiry through My Pages or by email to us.
We encourage our clients to try using this new service to obtain general information. We also encourage them to give us feedback on the answers since at the end of the conversation she asks for it, so we can see how she is performing. With this addition to our service, we hope that clients will receive quick answers and good general information about rights, applications and allowances from TR.
