Registration open for online course on gender pay gap reporting

Registration is now open for the Directorate of Equality’s online course on gender pay gap reporting. The course is intended for managers, designated contacts, and other employees of companies and public institutions involved in reporting and data submissions.

The course will cover the fundamentals of reporting, data submission requirements, the content of the required data, and how to enter data into the new service and data management system. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

The courses will be held online via Microsoft Teams every other Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Registration is now open, and further information about upcoming dates can be found on the Directorate of Equality’s website here.
