Notice from the Clinical Physiology Department regarding the suspension of CPAP services
As of 29 June, adjustment, setup and general support services related to CPAP machines for sleep apnoea will no longer be available at Akureyri Hospital.
Patients requiring these services are advised to contact the Sleep Unit at Landspítali University Hospital in Fossvogur, which will continue to provide CPAP machines and replacement parts.
It is hoped that these services will be reinstated in the autumn. Further information will be announced at a later date.
