Digital Iceland works in seven-week sessions, containing three two-week sessions. It is now frozen beyond the end of summer vacation, which should ensure that we and our people have a quiet and uneventful summer vacation.

The title of this newsletter may be the last thing we generally wish for, but a sure relief for the Digital Iceland team. Freezing time ahead of the summer vacation should ensure that we and our people have a quiet and uneventful summer vacation.
Digital Iceland works in seven-week cycles containing three two-week springs. At the end of each two-week run, the publication manager shall direct the publication of updates and new services provided by public entities and teams, such as the band director. The seventh week of the cycle is called the intermediate week, which is designed to allow teams time to review what went well, what went wrong, and what needs to be improved and changed before entering the next cycle.
The freeze we are in now means that it will not be published every two weeks over the summer and will provide breathing space to gather strength into next winter.

The conference Connecting the state will take place on the 22nd of September. Pre-registration has begun, but already 250 people have signed up.
