New Shared Phone Number for HSN in Dalvík and Fjallabyggð – 432 4000

This change is the first step in implementing a unified telephone answering system within HSN. The aim is to improve services and ensure a consistent experience for patients, regardless of where they live within the service area.

From 29 April, callers can use 432 4000 to:

• Book an appointment with a doctor or nurse: 
  Open weekdays from 08.10–15.30, except Fridays from 08.10–14.00

• Request a presciption renewal (also available via Heilsuvera): 
  Open from 09.00–10.00

• Request a call from a health informatics specialist: 
  Open from 10.00–12.00
