Heilsuvera awarded the best healthcare solution at Umbraco

Vettvangur has just been awarded an award for the website Heilsuvera, which was chosen as the best healthcare solution at Umbraco. Umbraco is a web-management system used by 730 thousand websites worldwide. This includes many healthcare websites.

Healthcare is a collaboration between the Directorate of Health and the Healthcare of the Capital Area. Recently Landspítali was formally added to the group.

The classification of material and network is specifically mentioned in the opinion of the evaluation committee. This is a pleasure, as a lot of effort has been put into making the access to learning materials simple and good. Users have appreciated it and in 2021 there were 15 million consultations on the knowledge website HealthLand.

This entry clearly explained the aims of the website, the functionality as well as, very importantly, results and uptake. The design is clean and supports the purpose of the site, and looks easy to navigate. The versatile and extensive use of taxonomy creates a dynamic and intuitive way to browse a large amount of content. Great work! ''
