Healthcare Institute of East Iceland ranked as the top healthcare institution in the year
In the survey Institution of the Year, which measures staff satisfaction with their workplace, the Healthcare Institution of East Iceland ranks as the highest healthcare institution on the national scale for the third year in a row.
HSA ranks 12th among institutions with 90 or more employees with a total score of 4,13. This is the fourth year in a row that HSA has increased its score, but the factors that score highest in the survey are satisfaction and pride, equality and morale. The Healthcare Institution of East Iceland welcomes these results, but the institution has a large human resource and many of its staff have decades of experience. The results will be reviewed and used to continue to do even better.
