Drone ban in Vaglaskógur
At the request of the Chief of Police in North-east Iceland, drone flights will be banned over the festival area of the event Vor in Vaglaskógur.
The drone ban is valid from 12:00 on Saturday, 26. July 2025 until 08:00 on Sunday, 27. July 2025.
The area is marked in red on the pictured map. All drone flights are prohibited in the area during this period, except with special permission from the Chief of Police in North-East Iceland.
The drone ban is established on the basis of Article 3(d) of Regulation 1360/2024.
