Changes in phone consultation of physicians in teamwork in Akureyri
As of November 1st 2022, changes will be made to phone consultation and messages through Heilsuvera with these physicians in team work, Valur Helgi Kristinsson, Arngrímur Vilhjálmsson, Kristrún Erla Sigurðardóttir and Hafdís Alma Einarsdóttir.
The arrangement involves nurses making calls to clients who have requested a phone consultation, attempting to find the proper solution in consultation with the doctors. With this there is flexibility to create more appointments and therefore improving the service. The teamwork is still in development and will take some time to implement and we ask clients to show understanding.
Messages through Heilsuvera are answered as quickly as possible between 8-16 on working days.
