Atlastúka Oddfellow strengthens the emergency room in Selfoss

Atlastúka Oddfellow recently sponsored the emergency room in Selfoss by ISK 100,000. For the amount, 3 new digital ear thermometers were purchased, which can also be used to count the heart rate and breathing rate in patients where they have a built-in clocks.

A refrigerator was also purchased for patients who may need to stay in the emergency department for a long time before they can be accommodated in another facility. It is very useful.

The South Iceland Health Institute is very grateful for the grant. It can be noted that at the end of each year a joint coffee is held at the institute where the sponsors are invited and thanked.
