Application for list letter

Political organisations apply for the required letter of the list and obtain information on which letters are already in use. A reference must be collected with the application which can be done electronically. The Ministry of Justice receives the application and evaluates whether a letter is approved.

Challenge:

Rules on the assignment of a letter of the list are complex and sometimes evaluative, which are difficult to build into an electronic process.

Benefits:

A database was created for all registered list letters to make it easier to collect references for list letters.
