Agreement on Harm Reduction Services for Individuals with Substance Use Disorders

Iceland Health and the Red Cross in Iceland have reached an agreement on an extended and modified contract regarding harm-reduction services provided by Frú Ragnheiður for individuals with substance abuse problems.
