Right of first refusal and special provisions
Right of first refusal
If the apartment continues to be rented out after the lease expires, the tenant has the right of first refusal for up to one year, unless otherwise specifically agreed
The landlord must notify the tenant of this right with at least three months notice, and the tenant must respond within 30 days
Special provisions
If any special provisions are agreed upon, they must be clearly stated in the lease agreement
It is not permitted to include provisions that contradict applicable laws
