Questions and complaints regarding health services

Experts at the Directorate of Health evaluate all complaints. Complaints are prioritized according to severity and occasion. Notification is sent to the complainant following the initial evaluation. It may take a few weeks for a complaint to be evaluated.

Numerous complaints are currently being processed by the Directorate of Health. There can be significant delays in all proceedings due to the number of complaints and labor shortage. Procedural time of up to four years may be expected, depending on the extent of the complaint. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
