The Icelandic Transportation Agency does not organise theoretical examinations for helicopter pilot licences. The reason for this is that no flight school in Iceland offers courses for helicopters pilot licenses. Students in such courses at foreign schools must therefore contact the Civil Aviation Authority of that state to undergo such examinations.
