Applicants apply separately for disability and then undergo an integrated assessment. The outcome of the assessment determines whether applicants receive disability pension or partial disability. If the capacity for labor market participation is assessed at 0-25%, entitlement to disability pension is established. If the capacity for labor market participation is assessed at 26-50%, entitlement to partial disability pension is established. The application is rejected if the capacity for labor market participation is assessed to be greater than 50% or if rehabilitation or recognized treatment is not considered to have been fully attempted.
