No, the applicant must bring one passport photo(35x45mm). If you are applying for a full license or renewal, you must submit one passport photo in certain cases:

• If an image is too old and not marked with quality / photo has been submitted by June 2013

• Image not available in the system/license of previous model

• If you have changed your name

• If you have changed your gender
