Child does not appear in Loftbrú
The most common reason for a child not appearing with a parent in Loftbrú is that a child is missing a registration of custody. You can view the custody registration by:
Log in here: https://island.is/minarsidur/min-gogn
There you find the child and select 'See info'
There you scroll to the bottom of a section to 'Guardians'
If you do not have registered custody, registration with Registers Iceland must be completed.
If you have registered custody on my pages, we ask you to take a screenshot of the registration and send it along with your ID numbers to island@island.is.
