How do I register a safety representative and or safety guard for the company?
"The nomination of a safety representative and a safety guard must be reported to the Administration of Occupational Safety and Health. The notification form is available on our website.
Companies with more than 10 employees are required to appoint a safety guard on behalf of the employer, and the employees must elect a safety representative from among themselves."
