Request appointment for pressing charges

It's recommended that you submit a request for an appointment at the complaint reception.

You can log in using an electronic ID.

Information to Include

When requesting a complaint reception appointment, it's good to have the answers to these questions ready:

  • What is the subject of the complaint? What happened? When and where did it happen?

  • What time is best for you to come to the police station?

  • Which police station is most convenient for you?

  • Do you need an interpreter?

Supporting Documents

When submitting a request for an appointment, it's helpful to include as much information as possible. These are documents the individual has on hand that can shed light on the case, for example:

  • written documents

  • photos

  • videos or other media

After an Appointment is Booked

Once a time has been requested, the police will contact the individual and offer a time. The police will try to accommodate everyone regarding the schedule, but unfortunately, it's not always possible.

If a requested time is unavailable, a different open time will be offered, and the individual will be asked to confirm it.
