Application for criminal records to individuals

In order to verify a document with an electronic seal, the document must be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader. When the document is opened, snap on the seal, opening a window with confirmation of the signature of the document. There is no confirmation from tamper-proof or partially modified documents.

Note that electronic certificates printed on paper cannot be verified; authentication must be done electronically with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
