Application for benefit from patient insurance

If the event is considered liable for compensation, the following categories of benefits are taken into consideration:

• Outlay costs due to the incident

• Suffering compensation

  - An amount is paid per day, from the date of the claim until health status is stable, the amount is higher for days when the applicant is bedridden

• Compensation for temporary loss of employment
  - Payment is made for the period between the date of claim and the onset of stable health or employment, after deduction of other pay in the event of sickness and accident

• Permanent damage
  - A permanent damage is assessed for points and is based on the injured party's state of health when it has stabilized. Compensation shall be based on the age of the injured party on the date of the injured party.

• Permanent invalidity
  - The amount shall be based on the age of the applicant, together with his/her annual salary for damage and percentage point of invalidity
