All purchases by public bodies of goods, services and works above national and foreign reference amounts must be publicly advertised on the tender website.

The website contains advertisements and/or announcements about planned purchases by public entities that fall under the laws and regulations on public procurement. Purchases by the state, municipalities and utility companies are classified under this when the amounts of purchases are above the national and foreign tender limits.

On the tender website, public bodies can also advertise purchases below thresholds to ensure transparency.
