The Icelandic Transport Authority will host an examiner standardisation courses for flight examiners on the 16th of October 2025 in Flugröst.

The Teddy Bear Hospital will be open for injured or sick teddy bears on Saturday October 11th. Teddy bears and their owners are welcome at the HSN Akureyri Health Care Center Sunnuhlíð, where medical students receive them.

Jón Gunnar Jónsson, Director General of the Icelandic Transport Authority, signed yesterday, on behalf of the Icelandic government and the aviation authorities, an updated convention on the Bureau of the European Civil Aviation Conference.
