The fifth volume of High Court records and proceedings is published. The series is published by the National Archives of Iceland and the Icelandic Historical Society in cooperation with the Althingi parliament. The High Court was the highest court in Iceland in the years 1563-1800 but the series will contain 10 volumes of documents from 1690-1800.
