The annual birch seed collection campaign of Land and Forest Iceland starts Monday 16 September on the Icelandic Nature Day in cooperation with the Forestry Movement and other organisations and private companies. The first event will be organised by the Lions Club Sif in Reykhús Forest which lies in the Eyjafjarðarsveit Community, about 10 kilometres south of Akureyri.
