Access to personal data from the Icelandic Medicines Agency

Individuals have the right to be informed about the personal data that they have found on the Agency's information systems and how they are used. Please note that the Icelandic Medicines Agency strives not to store any personally identifiable information about individuals' health, medical history, or medication usage.

It is also possible to access your own personal data by submitting a printed form at the reception of the Icelandic Medicines Agency. You must present personal identification issued by a public authority when submitting the request.

Delivery

You will be contacted regarding arrangements for communicating information to you. Efforts are made to deliver data within 30 days of receiving the request.
