Payment agreement due to defaults

If your loan installments are overdue, you can contact HMS and make a payment agreement. The debt can be spread over a period of up to 12 months and will be added to the monthly payments.

You can contact us by phone 440 6400 or by email to innheimta@hms.is. When a payment agreement is ready your will receive an email and the agreement will be accessible on HMS My pages. Unpaid claims in your internet bank will be canceled and replaced by a new one.

If you do not expect to be able to pay the debt within the next 12 months or the process of forced sale of the property has started, other solutions are available.
