This page presents challenges from public sector entities that seek solutions through innovation and collaboration with the market. Behind each challenge is a real need for a public buyer – whether an institution, municipality or another public limited company – that wants to explore the possibilities of new solutions to improve service, improve quality or increase efficiency.

By presenting challenges in this way, companies will have the opportunity to present ideas, technologies and expertise in the early stages of the process. This will provide a basis for open dialogue, joint analysis and possible procurement of innovative solutions.

The aim is to strengthen competition, facilitate networking and accelerate the adoption of new solutions that support reform of public sector activities.
