The Supreme Court today issued a decision in a case regarding the reopening of the court’s judgment in case No. 135/2013 where X had been convicted of participating in fraud under Article 249, sbr. Article 22(1) of the General Penal Code No. 19/1940. The reopening judgment was passed by a ruling on 30 December 2021 on the request of X to reopen the case.
