Time limit for appeals to the European Court of Human Rights reduced from six months to four

It is noted that the 15th Annex to the European Convention on Human Rights reduced the time limit for appeals to the Court of Human Rights from six months to four months after the domestic remedies have been exhausted, as per Article 35(1) of the European Convention on Human Rights.
This amendment applies from 1 February 2022 and applies to cases where the final decision is taken on the domestic front on or after 1 February 2022.
