The Supreme Court received a visit from the Kinder Institute of Constitutional Democracy, which is run by the University of Missouri in the United States. The group was accompanied by Carrin F. Patman, the US Ambassador to Iceland. The guests were welcomed by Benedikt Bogason, the President of the Court, and Jenný Harðardóttir, the Assistant to the President of the Court. Benedikt addressed the group and discussed the Icelandic legal system and the role of the Supreme Court.
