The Judicial Administration

The Directorate of Justice's policy on security in the premises of the courts

It is the policy of the the Judicial Administration that judges, other staff of the courts and all those who enter the courts can trust that they are safe there.

The objective of the policy is to promote a safe working environment and a fair and public procedure in safe conditions. In the policy are defined actions to minimise the risk of violence, attacks, break-ins, burglaries and other acts or conditions in or around the premises of the courts, that could threaten the safety of people or disrupt the operation of the courts.
