TR receives recognition for nine digital steps

It was a pleasure to receive recognition for having completed nine digital steps to fully utilise the shared solutions offered by Digital Iceland on Ísland.is. The award was presented at the Connecting the State conference.

The news item states, among other things: “The organisation has been in a major phase of reform and change recently, not only with the implementation of digital solutions but also a major system change which was one of the biggest reform projects in social insurance for decades when the new disability and rehabilitation system came into effect last autumn.”
The steps in question are; the Digital Mailbox, the login and authorisation system, the Ísland.is app, the Application System, My Pages on Ísland.is, Straumurinn (X-Road), a website within Ísland.is, the Service System and AI assistance.
